Sanchez Construction, LLC was established in 1990 in Santa Barbara, California. Owner Frank Sanchez moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming in 1994 to work in the Sunrise Estates subdivision. Frank worked as a Construction Superintendent for various developers for his first eleven years in Cheyenne. During that time he supervised the construction of over two hundred homes. In 2005, Frank began building homes independantly as Sanchez Construction, LLC once again.
